I received my parcel from LF on the 25.9.25, the main product GHDs were missing. I was straight on to live chat, showed them the box and said i was the first to open the tape. They apologised and said they would send out my product within 3 days. 3 days passed received nothing, messaged them again. Told me it was now with the investigation team. I have now just received a email to basically say that I was a liar. They have footage of the item being packed and that they have closed my account. Didn't even give me a chance to reply. Account was closed immediately. Didn't even say to report this to the courier. I am a regular shopper at LF, i am hurt by this response.
Desired outcome: I would like the product I ordered and an apology for making out that I was telling lies. I have been a loyal customer to LK for years, I have found this very hurtful.
