I sent back a product, and I got proof with Hou Wenzheng's signature from USPS certified mail. But Hou didn't give me my money back even though she signed that she received the package.

I tried reaching out to Look Gorgeous through email and messages, and I even sent them pictures of my order confirmation and the wrong product I received. However, they insist that I should pay for the shipping to return the incorrect item to China. They won't admit their mistake and to make matters worse, they have blocked me from contacting them.

I've tried reaching out to them FOUR times, but the only way to contact them is through an email that keeps bouncing back and a webform that they've ignored. I've asked for a return or exchange every time, but they've ignored me. It's really bad business because the product they sent me is unusable and they haven't offered a solution. It's unbelievable that they're just running out the clock on their return/exchange policy. I've attached my order and two of the emails that bounced back. The other two submissions were through the web form on their website.
