My Family and I had dinner at your Rosedale location in Baltimore last night. Our waitress was polite and friendly. However, immediately I noticed her brightly painted 3"+ long fingernails. My wife kept me quiet at this point. When she brought us our salads I was completely disgusted that her nails reached deep into our salad bowls. I couldn't eat my salad my wife picked around where our waitresses nail entered her salad bowl. Disgusting.
I was discussing with my wife how I would handle the situation if her nails entered my dinner plate when fortunately the kitchen staff brought us our meals. My wife insisted that I only confront the manager with this situation. So I did. After explaining to him what happened, I said I wouldn't be returning if this was the usual practice in his restaurant. He simply said "ok" and let me leave. I didn't get his name but I was not at all satisfied with his response.
It's been about 8 months since my Family and I visited this restaurant, but we usually frequent it more often in the Summer months. I won't be visiting this summer and I'm sure to alert my Family and friends about my experience.
I would hope that you address this problem immediately so no one gets sick.
