My wife had a balance of 3.22 and missed the payment. As a result the new balance is 18.63. This represents 600% in fees, late charges and interest. 600%. 
If you think that is bad if I do not pay the bill by 11/16/25, they said my late charge will be 41.00 plus a minimum 3.00 interest charge. That would be almost an additional 300%.
 I cannot believe any company can get away with this excessive charge. There must be a law against this. 
I have paid the balance, cancelled the card and no-one in my family will ever shop at loft again.
Shame on LOFT.
