Lobel Financial review: Auto loan

I purchased a 2019 dodge journey from Gilroy car Club LLc in Gilroy 1-23-25. I was told before going to pick the car that my loan was approved and the down payment and monthly payments. After picking up the vehicle and went home i was then informed that the loan wasn't finalized this was why they didn't provide my contract and that the finance company would provide it neither one has after several request. and still havent been provided one. After a year of making payments lobel closed my contract and report inaccurate information to the credit bureau. blocked my online access days before my upcoming payment which is the 22nd of every month. And like so many and the complaints i see . i have the same issues and now they are wanting the car back and according to them i still owe 11,000 on this vehicle the finance me for 11,782 it makes no sense so I'm going to do everything I can to see that the gets handle legally they have a pattern of messing of people that they feel they can. This company seems to be based on misrepresentation and unfair business practices especially for the low income people that the mainly service. All I see is them doing is extortin g money from people with these bad business tactics they use to come up.They need to thoroughly be investigated.
