I applied for a VA Home loan on July 2025 to August 2025 and got scam, lied too, and Escrow money stolen from me by Loan Factory. They costed me thousands of dollars in Fees and Out-of-Pocket Expenses. They Denied my loan 2 days before closing and kept my Earnest Money i wired to their Bank account. This place is a rip off. Buyers beware. I have filed complaints with the Local, State and Federal agencies to Investigate my complaint. They took advantage of a Disable Veteran and this will not happen again.

Claimed loss: $8000 + Expenses

Desired outcome: Return all Escrow Money and Out-of-Pocket Expenses
