Loan Care Mortgage review: Not resolving my satisfaction of mortgage issues this has been over 6 months

Loan Care has Totally "Messed up My loan"; I need my Loan Satisfaction Letter to Totally Finish My Account. (briefly) Loan Care, they sold the loan, brought it back, and sold it again withing 30 days and created. a double mortgage. In essence they put 2 different mortgages on the same account. They sent us a letter describing their error and promised to fix it within 20 days. (why so long I do not know) We have been discussing this with them for over 6 months. We get a run around from Customer Service. The loan closed 30 days ago. They released 2 of the claims; but the 3rd claim they claim they cannot find. So it is still registered as a LIEN on our Yet it is a lien on our previous property. The tittle agent has called them (over 50 times); we have called them countless times. There is no way around the unnecessary HOURS and days we have spent with customer service agents, saying the same thing. Some of them document and some of don't even put the notes on the account. The corporate office CAN NOT BE REACHED so their is no one to complain to.

Desired outcome: I need a letter of Mortgage Satisfaction on the 3rd Mortgage of $26,308.01.We closed on this Property on Feb. 24 2023. reimbursement of$ 2500.00 that was paid extra to the tittle company. for all their extra work.
