LMS Realty / Corporate Travel Suites review: failure to return security deposit for a condo unit that was never secured on my behalf

This company appears to have many similar complaints of fraud/theft.

This relates to a condo rental based on a kijiji ad.

I have been scammed for $750 which was a security deposit/downpayment for a condo that was to be secured in Naples Florida. This money was deposited into the LMS Realty account at the TD bank as advised by "John Carson".

After several weeks without hearing from someone who identified himself as "John Carson", I began my trail of phone calls and e mails. It appears that the condo association in Naples has never received an application for my stay.

Today is January 11, 2017. My vacation at the condo was to begin on January 16th, 2017. I still have not had the courtesy of a phone call or discussion of reimbursement.

I truly believe this is an ongoing scam and as mentioned before, it is difficult to act upon, BUT NOT IMPOSSIBLE, using the Civil courts.
