Dec 15 I had submitted my name and contact info plus the make mosel and engine size I needed. I received a callback within the hour. I don't remember the mans name but he had an eastern Asian accent. He asked what I was interested in and I told him "a reman engine" He then insulted me by asking "How much money I had?" ONE SALE LOST! I was very angry, and I told him so then hung up!

Desired outcome: Better training for who LKQ allows to sales people represent the company.
