Lithia of Eugene review: Lift kit miss installation

I had a lift kit dropped shipped for installation on my 2022 3500 Ram dually to this dealership prior taking possesion of the truck. I paid for that installation separately. Upon driving it home from Eugene to Bend OR i discvored a main suspension spring incorrectly installed. It was agreed Bend would correct the problem and bill Eugene for the labor. This worked out fine. However after going on a lenghty road trip I discovered the front tires were worn on the ouside edges down to nearly the radial belt. Totally ruined. Numerous mechanics informed me the truck must not have been properly aligned after the kit was installed. This poor workmanship caused me the expense of two new replacement tires and a front end alignment. In an attempt to resolve the issue Bend Lithia says it Eugene's problem and Eugene WILL NOT respond to me. I've contacted the following individuals via email and phone calls and in some cases in person: Jared Jordan (Bend) Makela Roberts (Bend) Billy Pinz (eugene) and Katlyn Gwin.
