Lithia Diablo Subaru of Walnut Creek review: Dealership errors and possibly fraud

Nov 22, 2022 I purchased a 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander from Lithia Diablo Subaru, put 2000.00 and have been driving it ever since. In July 2022, I inquired about my plates for the car. I found out that the dealership had never had the title to my car. I purchased the car in Walnut Creek California, how is my title STILL on the east coast Two years later? Also, the license plate that's on my car is not the license plate that's on the DMV record. The DM George Yabeck told me his associates should have never sold me the car, yet, here I am paying Capital One my loan with Diablo Subaru as my lien holder. They have sent their associates to verify the VIN on my car and even went as far as asking to give me a loaner so they find the VIN on my car. Today 8/28/2022, I went to the dealership because they said they can help me out and try to fix their mistake. I left with nothing, and as a result of this, my license is suspended, Im paying for a car that I will never own, cant pay the registration or smog it because no one has paperwork for this car.
