I ordered a lamp from Litfad.com nearly three months ago, and the entire experience has been a disaster. After waiting for so long, the lamp finally arrived—only to find that part of the item was missing. On top of that, the quality is absolutely terrible, far from what was advertised, and definitely not worth the price I paid.
I contacted their customer service multiple times about the missing part and the poor quality, but they have completely stopped responding to my emails. At this point, it feels like they’re deliberately ignoring my concerns.
I have reported them to Afterpay for investigation and encourage anyone who got scammed by this company to do the same. This kind of business practice is unacceptable, and it feels like a scam. If you’re considering buying from Litfad, I strongly recommend you think twice. Save your money and your sanity.
I’m also looking into reporting them to ACCC and NSW Fair Trading to protect other consumers from this experience.
