Coffee table
I ordered a coffee table from litfad in November 2023. To this day I have not received my order nor have I received my money back $489. I have email or chatted with the company at least 20 times only to get the run around. Many times I was told to wait. I paid through PayPal. I need my money back and learned a lesson not to deal with this company ever again. Please help me get my money back from them.

I ordered a Desk, it arrived in 8-9 weeks, box was damaged, opened it and saw that all the boards for the desk were smashed from all corners, it came ib so many small pieces, instruction on the manual was completely non readable, more than half was Chinese. Corner cabinet
I don’t believe this is a legitimate company. I received an item that I paid $800 for that was worth maybe $50. The item was not at all what was described on the website. It said that it was made of iron and instead it was made of a flimsy sheet metal. It said there was a glass door and it was not. It was plastic. The website also stated it had a stone top...

I moved into a new office space in April 2023, and I ordered two desks and two executive office chairs from this company because they were so reasonably priced and looked so beautiful on the website. Ceiling light
Very poor quality, the arms don't support themselves and once you try to tighten up the nuts it damages the thread immediately. No real return option, no refund.
The shipping time is very long and the item comes in bits so you would need to wire it in.
There is someone who answers emails very quickly but it is only a show, there is no real support behind it.
Poor quality, bo real customer service, no return or refund option. These companies should be stopped.

The item order was placed on the 16th June. It arrived 6 weeks later with broken parts, and the manufacturing was defective. I could not assemble the item. The marble top was cracked, the glass pieces came broken, the backing boards were incorrectly manufactured (the screws don't align with the holes), and the lights were missing.
