Beware of this awful company! Don’t buy anything on sale, unless your content with poorly made products your stuck with as they’re final sale.
I ordered multiple pairs of shoes, all with very noticeable flaws. Reported it to their customer service team, who took a decade to get a reply. Each reply was someone new, and one was a very generic, rude, basically saying tough [censored] because they were all on sale. I responded I was not impressed or thought was fair. Weeks later, I get another response saying they could give me a partial refund ($20 off..-_-) and could exchange the 1 they had in stock. I accepted that, and thanked for getting back, but felt I should get more of a refund as my shoes were defected. I then mentioned I hadn’t kept the box to return the one, as the previous message I had from them was that nothing could be done. Why would I keep their boxes then?! Which they then basically said again, touch sh! t company policy is to keep boxes for returns. So now I get no exchange or refund, and never heard from them ever again.
They aren’t on bbb - clearly for reason! Never dealt with such terrible customer service. I was really excited about this store, thought was gonna be a new favourite. Especially because some are supposedly made in Italy! Quality is NOT there. One of my shoes heels is not even glued on properly and will probably snap off. Another pair has mismatched colours/don’t match, a pointy pair has the tip smashed/not actually pointy.. like get real.
Desired outcome: I want a proper refund and apology.
