I made a purchase on June 8, 2025. Their shipment policy states 1 to 5 business days for shipping. Almost 10 days later nothing. I have emailed them several times with absolutely no response. I monitor my purchases through the Shop app, and there is nothing. Just the order that I placed. The fact that I have emailed them several times with no response is very frustrating and so unprofessional.

Claimed loss: Order not received, nor does it show that it has been shopped.

Desired outcome: I would like my order!!!
