Light House Pools review: Pool liner leak

We bought a pool in February 2023. They delivered it in June 2023 said it would be installed in a couple of weeks it sat on our back patio for a month. July comes, they finally call to come install. They said between 8-9 they would be there, they didn’t show up until 11:30. They got it installed, they filled the pool up a little bit, then left all their trash around our pool. Water bottles and whatever they were eating was left all over the lawn, I had to clean up. Then the very next day we notice a ton of water coming out the side of the pool that we just filled up and sand backwashing away from under it! We called to complain and have them come fix it and they said in a couple of weeks they could be out! In the meantime, my husband had to patch the big hole at the bottom of the pool! Beyond livid, and they better replace the liner. Even if they do, we probably would not get it until next year, SMH
