I am complaining about poor service at life roseacres hospital. My 5 month old baby, got covid, while in hospital the paedetrition phoned me and while on the phone I requested she do a lydons factor 5 blood test on my son as it is a serious condition which causes blood clots in the lungs. Dr maseko did not find this serious, did not do the blood test as requested and discharged my child without doing the blood test. We did have a phonecall discussion about her doing the blood test, now she has blocked my number and she won't take mine or my partners calls or respond to our texts. I am fed up with healthcare services being as poor as this!
Desired outcome: I want my blood test for my 5 month old baby.
My child was admitted at paediatrician ward on 19 July n discharged on 21July 2022 at Life roseacres hospital the staff were rude and unhelpful .I will never ever set my foot there again. 🙆‍♂️
Life Roseacres is the worst hospital in South Africa.
As bad as people complain about government hospitals, not in my wildest of dreams did I imagine I will go through such services in the hands of health workers in a private setup.
The maternity ward is just a letdown, dirty, insects everywhere, very unfriendly staffs.
It is a scam!
I totally agree.
When I was in the maternity ward in January 2022 for my hysterectomy, the staff were rude and unhelpful.
And 2 days ago I was there for possible kidney stones, it got even worse with the rudeness and very poor service.
Worst hospital
