We are a Jordan-based company that has unfortunately fallen victim to the deceptive business practices of a Chinese supplier: Lianyungang Dapu Metal Material Co., Ltd (Chinese name: 连云港大浦金属材料有限公司). And the company's website is: https://www.steelstainlesssheet.com/teaminfo.html

On November 15, 2023, Lianyungang Dapu Metal Material Co., Ltd issued a proforma invoice (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") to my company with the number [DAPU [protected]], the main content of the contract is: my company would purchase a batch of grade 304 steel from Lianyungang Dapu Metal Material Co., Ltd for a total price of USD 148,240. According to the Contract, we duly paid the sample fee of USD 6,000 to the designated bank account of Lianyungang Dapu Metal Material Co., Ltd on August 1, 2023, and paid the second payment of USD 39,350 on October 22, 2023. Accordingly, we has fulfilled the payment obligation.

According to the Contract, Lianyungang Dapu Metal Material Co., Ltd was supposed to deliver the Goods by December 29, 2023, but they have been consistently delaying the delivery with various excuses. In response, we made a special trip to China to negotiate with Lianyungang Dapu Metal Material Co., Ltd. However, Lianyungang Dapu Metal Material Co., Ltd failed to provide any evidence of the production of the Goods and continued to delay the delivery with various weak excuses. We requested a refund from Lianyungang Dapu Metal Material Co., Ltd, which they agreed to initially. However, after we returned to my own country, Lianyungang Dapu Metal Material Co., Ltd reneged on their promise and refused to issue the refund.

The actions of Lianyungang Dapu Metal Material Co., Ltd not only showcase a blatant disregard for ethical business conduct but also indicate a pattern of deceitful behavior in commercial transactions. We have been left with no choice but to pursue legal action against them to seek the justice and restitution we rightfully deserve.

This public disclosure serves as a warning to others in the business community about the unscrupulous practices of Lianyungang Dapu Metal Material Co., Ltd. It is our hope that by shedding light on their dishonest behavior, we can prevent potential victims from falling prey to similar deceitful tactics. We urge fellow businesses to exercise caution and vigilance when engaging with Lianyungang Dapu Metal Material Co., Ltd and offer our full support to those who may have also been affected by their actions.
