they called me and asked to fix my credit after asking about wanting to buy a house then i was connected to someone that was supposed to help me from the law firm but instead they just wanted my bank info and now i just want my money back after they charged my debit card and i have not heard or even recieved a letter in the mail from them stating what is happening

My name is William Andres, and you have frozen and blocked anyone from viewing my score, right after I dropped your services, I guess at one time you were a reputable business, but not anymore, explaining why many major complaints have been filed against the firm in the last few years! All three major creditors and my bank have confirmed everything

I am writing here. Please unblock and unfreeze my score, I have been working very hard to raise it for the past three years, and it's not fair of you to take that away from me!

On Friday 3/10 I called and canceled our subscription to Lexington Law because in January we called because of being overbilled and the person who assisted my wife on the phone misled and lied to us as he led us to believe he was giving us a break on the cost for 3 months when all he did was downgrade our program.on 3/10/23 I was told we would receive a 74.96 x2 refund because of the situation and we also decided to cancel. Today I was told the refund was for only 74.96 and that it was already credited to our account with it has not been and the amount of refund should be double that amount.i am going to contact the States Attorney office next

I am complaining about misleading information to me in order to get me to agree to services I paid Lexington law the 5$ fee to pull my credit report then was told they would not take any payment until you can visually see how they improved my credit report to make sure they did not just take my money but not do anything to improve my credit on sep 6th they took the 150 payment and not until 10 days after did the submit a paper to a collection I had asking them to erase it I was told they took it off and they did that before payment and it would be off my credit before payment I asked them to listened to their said recorded call and they can hear how I was decieved since then I asked for my money back cuz 300$ later my credit looked exactly the same I was lied to denied a refund and people need to beware of misleading companies

I was trying to investigate rent to own homes. I was in need of getting safe housing for my daughter and grandchildren. I was transferred to a salesman for Lexington Law who stated that I would have a better chance of securing housing if I used their services to improve my credit rating. I foolishly bought their service. I specifically said that I do not approve of attorneys and I do not want an attorney who dumps a load of paperwork on the client to complete rather than dumping it on some poor paralegal to do then collecting huge amounts of money. Well the paperwork came for me to do. I was told that I could cancel at any time, but unfortunately this is the weekend and now I will be dunned for work they will do before I can cancel. The way you prey on the elderly and poor is revolting. I want my contract cancelled and I want no further charge on my credit card.

I don't like people from Utah, and I particularly don't want an attorney from Utah.

Cancelled our accounts according to the information provided. The company of Lexington Law still billed us and took the money directly out of my account. I called they said they have no records of the charges but yet it was deducted from my bank account. They took 19.95 on one charge and 121.00 on another charge. I called them to get it resolved and they told me I would have to call back later. Both accounts were closed last month in the time frame that they said it had to be done. It was also said in the conversation that there would be no more charges applied to my bank account. They have since written me a email saying my wife has authority on my bank account and their account and therefore continued to charge me after I cancelled the account. Funny thing is she cancelled her account with them on the 16th of the month also. They said they would not refund any fees. Everything had been cancelled within the time frame that they told me I had to have it cancelled without any further fees.

When trying to get a mortgage to keep my home, they convinced me to sign up for a credit repair service. I canceled the same day, as I realized they did nothing I can’t do for myself and need my money to pay an actual divorce lawyer. I canceled the same day and was still billed a month later causing my phone bill to not be paid so these rich, thriving vultures could have more money.

ASKING WHY AM I GETTING BILLED FOR A CLOSED ACCOUNT?

I WAS TOLD AFTER I TURN IN MY EQUIPMENT, I MUST CALL MYSELF AND ASK TO HAVE THE SERVICE TERMINATED, WHICH I THEN TOLD JAMES TO PLEASE CANCLE MY SERVICE IMMEDIATELY, JAMES STATED HE WOULD.

I AM STILL GETTING BILLED FOR SERVICE AND IT WAS CANCLED AS PER JAMES!

I have asked that my account be closed for the last three months yet they continue to get money out of my account, I even went so far as to cancel the card and get a new one and they still found a way to steal 120.00 out of my account. Looks like I will have to close my bank account altogether to stop this insanity. So my complaint is simple, I want my money back but of course that will never happen and I want Lexington law to stop taking money out of my account.

On a Friday at 7pm with a 3 day weekend coming up. You can't tell me this isn't planned and yes it makes me mad as hell. Stop taking money out of my account. Is that plain enough for anyone to understand..

I dont understand why they are taking extra money out of my account i dont have that to give and i havent got charged for lexington law in like 2 months but i been cancel because i dont use it and they not fixing anything on my credit aint nothing wrong with it.

Tim Schroeder i did the credit repair scam of lexington law for 3 years not one thing ever removed it was from 2016 to 2019 i believe they took like 50 bucks a month and did nothing said they filed disputes but only things that ever came off were one the aged out

I have called Lexington Lawfirm since March 21, 2022 requesting my payment history since I was a client. I was told I am able to receive this information and I have not received the information I requested..

First, the guy on the phone says we definitely can remove your collection and it only takes 1-2 months. After 10 months of doing nothing and kept charging me every month, they said we cannot do anything. They are a real scam.

Hi my name is Queen Holman, on March 5,2022 Lexington law took $25.14 out of my account when I spoke to them in November 2021 to cancel my service because I was doing the work with my credit. While I was paying them I started working on my own credit because they took so long to get it done so I was just wasting money. I spoke to a paralegal and he's going to tell me they try to make many attempts when that not true, so they decided to take it out on March 5,2022. I went to purchase gas and I noticed the money was taken out on March 7,2022. Thank you, Queen Holman

I called to cancel my subscription! I explained to the operator that my daughter passed away and I can't afford the membership. Actually I'm canceling everything so I can afford the funeral cost. She tried to sell me another package. I told her that I just want to cancel because I am not in the right state of mind or financially able to do anything… she went on to say that She lost family members as well. I told her that if you have not lost a child then you will never understand my pain at this moment… we had words back and forth and she said that I am not being professional. Ummmmm I do not work for LexingtonLaw I'm at home picking out flowers for my daughters funeral how the heck am I supposed to be professional. It's your job to be professional to me.

I am the daughter of Kimberly Mclendon who one of your agents were trying to reach. I told this rude person multiple times my mom was in a coma. She continued saying would tomorrow be better I asked was she God and was going to take my mom out of the coma i even asked she respect our family at this time but no on and on it went. I demanded her name which of course they didnt give it to me. In the state of Florida by law you have to identify yourself I know this my dad is an attorney and all of this has been sent to his firm. I am highly disappointed and would not recommend anyone unless you want to waste time and money. I was told by different representatives that it will be 60 days or less and credit score will increase and will fix errors on report. To many times where wrong amount was charged, seems to be a lack of communication because no one seems to know what is going on. Horrible service and always get lied to. Don't waste your time.

My husband and I got tricked into paying then for 6 months to fix our credit cause my identity was stolen and he's was hospital bills in that 6 months they lowered our score from 590 625 down to 420 and my husband to 360 and we're fight to get it back up that false advertising

We started off buying our car 8 months ago at keys auto put 1200 down worked gd but heard a little rattle under the car they informed me they had a 10 year warranty well we waited then a month rolled around got ahold of them they said we don't do that I guess take it to pet boys so my husband had to stay there in tulsa for 4 hrs while they were supposed to have changed a caliber which they didn't do it was still clicking and we had the new financing companies calling us saying we wasn't paying cause they had bought the loan for this car so in 6 months there has been 2 loan places and there has been many breach of contract on the behalf

I called Lexington Law because the bank my deceased mother had for her loan has ruined my credit when I had to file bankruptcy to try and save the house and I don't know how they got my ss number ulster savings bank. my brother was on the note and he didn't pay nothing for the house. and he was the fiduciary. I didn't sigh anything. I don't know how I got on a deed when I didn't refinance and I ve called the credit bureau and they want me to write a 300 page letter why chapter 13 and seven should not be on my credit report. and I thought that Lexington Law could handle it for me. Because I'm on a fixed income I can't afford a attorney. and the DOLS has turned me away 3 different times. fir Three different disputes. and Lexington Law is not answering my calls to stop them from taking any more money from me

I was a customer with lexington, i spoke to a customer service rep on 07/09/2019, and requested that the account be close because i no longer needed their service, the account was closed on the 9th of July, and on the 23rd of July they charged the following unauthorized charges to my card
