Lexington Law Firm review: debits to my checking account

I had unexpected expenses this month and my recurring debit to Lexington Law couldn't go thru my checking account, the balance was too low. I emailed them on their site to 'Cancel' my account due to my financial situation. I had a call from Lisa F at the firm. I explained and she offered that for, $15, they could keep my account active and bill the regular plus the approx. $85 due on Dec 1, 2014. I agreed. They not only debited the $15, they (same day) went ahead with $90. I had put a little money into my checking to pay another bill. I was furious! I went to their site and complained (explaining the whole story!). Told them once again to Cancel my account. Not only did they not even offer an apology, let alone GIVE ME BACK the $90 that I need, today (Nov 12, 2014) they debited an additional $14.90. This is an outrage, considering they called and offered me the 'deal' to pay everything current on Dec. 1. :(
