Leslies Pool Service - Thomas & Hayden review: Customer service

I recently visited the leslies pool service location on thomas and hayden in scottsdale, az. I went there because the color of my pool has turned orangish color and this has never happened before. I arrived at 5:50pm and when I entered the store I could not see anyone there, nobody was behind the counter and so I waited about 5 minutes then a man came out from the back and was immediately rude to me saying that they were closing. I apologized to him and said I was not aware that they closed at 6pm. it dod not matter. long story short, I felt I was a complete burden to this employee, so I turned around and left. I wasnt going to bother giving my business to a store with rude employees like this one. the employees name wasThomas.

my only advice for everybody is dont go here a few minutes prior to closing as they will be rude to you!
