So, I gotta say my experience with Lemon Pavilion wasn't the greatest. They really dropped the ball with their customer service, especially when it came to keeping me in the loop about my order. It's been 12 long weeks since I made my order from Lemon Pavilion, and boy oh boy, am I disappointed! When my order finally did arrive, it was a huge letdown to find that my plant supports had been delivered broken and bent! How frustrating is that?!

Trying to get in touch with customer service was like trying to catch a fish in the ocean, it was impossible! Not only did Lemon Pavilion have terrible customer communication, but they also showed no regard for me as a customer! It was like my needs and wants didn't matter to them at all.

The whole experience has been massively upsetting, frustrating, and time-consuming. And to add insult to injury, Lemon Pavilion is also known to trade as Buttercup Farm. Why on earth would they do that?!

In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend Lemon Pavilion to anyone. Their appalling customer service and lack of care for their customers is a huge disappointment. If you're looking for a reliable company that will treat you with respect and kindness, I suggest you look elsewhere!

I bought a bed and mattress for my 3-year-old from Lemon Pavilion and was told that it was in stock and would be delivered shortly. However, after waiting for 2 weeks, I had to call them to ask about my order. To my surprise, Lemon Pavilion doesn't actually hold any stock and they are essentially just resellers that use dropshippers to fulfill orders. I was disappointed to learn that my goods hadn't even been dispatched yet, so I decided to cancel my order since they couldn't provide me with any details on when my items would arrive.

The staff I dealt with were incredibly rude and unprofessional, which was quite frustrating. After waiting for months and following up repeatedly, I finally received an email in April saying that my refund was complete. However, to my dismay, I never actually received any money back and I haven't heard back from Lemon Pavilion despite attempting to contact them by phone and email.

To be honest, I'm pretty skeptical of all their other reviews because I don't understand how they could still be in business if they treat all their customers like this.
