I have just seen a Complaint on your Site about Lemon Casting, by Gabriel Rosu, I don't know who this lady is but I would like to endorse what she says, I am bitter about this agency as I believe they conned me!

In 2015 I seen Andrea Mcarthy and filled out the forms and paid her £40 Cash to go on their books, I think it was her husband Steven McCarthy who took a few pictures of me.

They took my money and never found me one piece of work!

Don't remove her complaint. I still have the receipt for the £40 I paid, and I have heard talking to other Extras (work obtained by a different agencies) that this has also happened to other people. Avoid this agency!

Desired outcome: I would like the £40 I paid back please

I worked twice for Lemon Casting Manchester a number of years ago. Besides the original money I paid for registration etc

They then put other fees on top. Long story short my take home pay for two full days on set was £3.00. Which incidentally I never received

Yes I would avoid Lemon Casting. The showreel scene I paid for was water marked with their agency name. A top agent in London advised me to remove it from my showreel.

Because they changed the date of the workshop last minute, I was offered another scene, I recorded it but never received any footage. When I stupidly booked again, Steve ignored my emails when I needed to cancel my place. Finally, got someone on Facebook messenger and then he got back to me. Said it was too late?! As the workshop was next weekend, however I had been emailing a month before. Any excuse to keep your money. £100 down the drain. A camera man paid for nothing.
