LegalRaasta company registration

I paid legalraasta.com for company registration. They charged me Rs 13500. I was promised that the company will be incorporated in 7 days. However, the company was incorporated in 16 days - double the deadline promised. I have asked for a refund from the company. However, they are not issuing any refund. Rahul, the sales manager at the company has refused the refund. The invoice id for the purchase is #15243
