Legal Rights Advocates and their team helped me with stopping aggravating phone calls from creditors. This company has always been available to assist me. I was referred to them by a friend whom they also helped and even got a settlement for her as well! She refers everyone to them and I will be doing the same. They are AWESOME!

At first i honestly thought this was a scam..but I did my research and Ryan never pushed me into doing something i didnt feel comfortable with. It took about a week for everything to be settled but now i dont have a debt collector taking $100 out of my account every week. Thank you Ryan for helping me get them off my back.

Ryan and the rest of the staff where completely honest and ready to handle any problem when it can to resolving any company compliance issues. I was getting an unbelievably amount of calls and rude comments from a company and they handled it well using the strategy of the law and there great minds. Great place to reach out to regarding and problem.

This company is amazing. They actually HELP! They have been able to get three separate scam companies that try to harass on old, paid debts but scare you into thinking they're going to take legal action, garnish wages, contact your employer or file civil suit. They cannot do this! Call these guys and they will absolutely help you out! Ryan and Brendan have been wonderful.

The customer service rep was extremely calm on the phone when I was an absolute basket case trying to get assistance with a difficult SSDI case. She allowed me to calm down and said we would take the step by step - excellent for an overwhelmed and just frozen person. I received an email with some paperwork within 30 min, which is excellent for a time-sensitive situation. Extremely pleased so far!

These folks are great. Was getting incessantly harassed by a debt collector and legal rights advocates got it stopped right away. Made it simple and handled everything. They got the calls stopped, the account closed and a good chunk of change in my pocket from the company that was bothering me. 100% reccomend these folks if your rights are being violated by a collection company. I would like to share my wonderful experience with others! Ryan Smith at Legal Rights Advocates helped not only stop the harassing calls from Alliant but also had my debt waived! I called Legal Rights Advocates for social security disability, and the representative named Arelis called me back. She informed me that the attorney would not be able to take my case, but she tried to find someone else for me. Unfortunately, none of the people I called agreed to help. I reached out to Arelis again, and she sent me forms for my doctor to fill out. She also assured me that I could ask her questions and she would try her best to assist me. This group is great. I had a debt collector har%%%%%% me and my underage son. I spoke with Mark in the morning and by afternoon he had a letter and email out to the company. I wish I knew they were around earlier I'm sure I could have used them in other issues. They treat you with respect and answer any questions you have. They do what they say they will and they do it fast. They will work to get you an outcome you deserve. Thankful I came across them when I did. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

I told them I was trying to contact [Company Name], they asked some questions about why, and I got the pleasant surprise of finding out that they have taken legal action against [Company Name] before. My personal experience with Legal Rights Advocates can be summed up in one word - exceptional. To elaborate - I had experienced financial setbacks, which resulted in aggressive collection attempts by a specific company. Having done some research of my own, it did not appear such collection practices were legal. I contacted Legal Rights Advocates for help(having never sought legal assistance prior) and did not really know what to expect. I was not only contacted incredibly quickly, but treated as a human being with facts and realistic expectations. In a quick online search, I found Legal Rights Advocates and visited their site. I immediately received a message from a representative asking what brought me to the site. I explained I had received a voicemail from a company claiming to represent the sheriff's office of the county I live in, needing to determine my location so they can serve me papers. This company also reached out to members of my family as well as my employer with a claim number. The representative asked me to send him the voicemail and within a minute he was able to conclude that this was a HUGE SCAM and to not engage anymore with this company. He explained had this been a real company, he would have sent a cease and desist and there would be no out of pocket expense to me.
