Great reputation in the community! When I contacted his company, Dave was quick to respond to my questions. We discussed timelines and his crew was polite, kept a clean worksite and the job was completed without a hitch. The price was fair - lower than some and the workmanship was excellent - polished and professional.

David Keefe roofing started our new roof sooner than expected, installed the necessary straps and nails needed for wind mitigation at a very fair price. The quality of products was excellent, the job was completed in 2 days, all areas were cleaned up and all loose nails were picked up by magnets. The crew was professional, polite, and very experienced. I highly recommend them!

My roof was installed in March and the professionalism and work ethic of the crew from David Keefe Roofing & Construction was exceptional. My roof has gone through 3 hurricanes since then with no problems at all. It is totally intact. I recently needed a new wind mitigation for my home owners insurance and contacted David Keefe Roofing & Construction who inspected the roof and gave me a new wind mitigation. When we decided to replace our roof, we requested proposals from multiple roofing companies and found David Keefe Roofing & Construction provided the best proposal at a very competitive cost. David Keefe Roofing & Construction proposed additional roof ventilation in the proposal as well as water routing kick outs to better protect our house.

Their crew was very professional and displayed great teamwork to complete the job very quickly. They were careful not to destroy our landscaping and cleaned up all debris when the job was completed, including using magnetic rollers to pick up any nails on our property. They even cleaned out my rooftop dryer vent.

The price quoted was the amount requested at the end of the project. I am very satisfied with David Keefe Roofing & Construction and was happy to recommend them.

Before I had my roof installed which is a big investment, I studied roof installations and spent time soliciting 5 roofing companies. After reading reviews and checking for proper licensing, I selected Keefe Roofing. Why? Because they are a family operated business and they care about their customers. I watched them every day and every step of the operation was "by the book" in compliance with the Owens Corning and Florida roofing installation standards. Upon completion, the clean up operation was amazing ! Every piece of debris on my lawn and driveway was picked up. The place was spotless ! So in summary, If you are looking for a company that really cares about the quality of work and pays attention to detail, look no further and deal with the Keefe family ! You won't be disappointed ! :)

Dave and his crew replaced my roof and I received a free wind mitigation report. That was 6 years ago. They not only did an excellent job, the clean up was amazing, not one nail or piece of debris was left behind. Dave and his crew were very professional, courteous and very kind. David actually retiled my small shed roof with matching shingles as a courtesy. I decided to go with a new homeowners insurance company this year and needed to submit the wind mitigation and the pictures that were taken at that time and I could not locate the pictures. I really did not think he would still have them on file, but was totally amazed when I texted him with the request and he returned them almost immediately, wow and wow. Even if you have a small wait time in order to have Dave do your roof replacement, it is so worth the wait. Highly, recommend. Thank you Dave and crew

David Keefe Roofing did a great job on my home. From initial call, helping with colors, tear-off, installation, and clean up the crew did a fantastic job. Two day turn around start to finish. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

David Keefe Roofing provided a very reasonable quote for replacing my roof and did an excellent and efficient job (in just two days!). I appreciate how quickly they responded to any concerns. Should you be needing a roof this is the only company to call. My roof was installed in 2015 and they did an amazing job. The crew was always courteous & professional. We just recently sold our property & the home inspector noted a couple minor issues regarding the roof ridge vents end caps missing on one section. I called David Keefe & the following day he sent 2 men to replace the caps. This was service above & beyond my expectations. Thank you Doug M Merritt Island FL

The work crew was amazing, they cleaned up every day and even impressed my neighbors with their job performance. They did an excellent job and the new roof looks great! David Keefe roofing went above and beyond what I expected for my roof replacement. When I called they either answered or got back to me shortly. The replacement of my roof was started sooner then expected. The rip off of the old roof was fast and all bad wood was replaced quickly and the new roof applied before I knew it. I have many bushes and they covered them all to protect them. Clean up when the job was done could not have been better! The crew was hard working and supervised most of the time. Very good company and competitive pricing. Glad I chose them !
