Should change the name to “LEAK Wetherington”. 18% of the houses on our block have had roof leaks in under 10 years. Leak Wetherington will not assume responsibility for this shoddy workmanship. It is not covered under their useless 10 year warranty. LEAK Wetherington sold these homes as executive homes, they did not tell us that almost 2 out of every 10 would have a roof leak on our "premium" tile roofs.

Hello ALL who are on this thread that have had trouble with construction defects/ other issues with your Lee Wetherington Home (LWH) or in working with Lee Wetherington Homes itself.

Please send me an email to NetHolding@aol.com, as I am currently litigating against him and have read this - and other posts that are contain all kinds of issues. I've been name called, denigrated and told that he would spend whatever it takes to defeat me!

Looking forward to hearing back.

Thank you!

I'm glad you posted this complaint. We closed on our house in February and we are still fighting them to fix problems that should have been done before closing. Someone else in our neighborhood closed in May and they are fighting with them, too, and the people across the street from us said it took Lee Wetherington or "Leak" Wetherington, 9 months to fix all their problems.
