10/3/25. Could this be shipping damage? Step thru white xp4 750. Found a gash on pedal sprocket and another on the pedal shaft on the right side, the sprocket is bent and has a wobble when peddling.and the chain is clicking noise in gears 6-8. This went undetected by seller and ourselves when we purchased 9/26. 1 week ago. Only 34 miles on it.

Will have shop owner look.

Desired outcome: 1 week old. Replace if possible under Warranty. Make it right. Have a planned bike vacation coming up soon. Scheduled to try our new bikes.
