Lear Capital and/or Strata review: Paid in full the full amount I invested

Still waiting on a disbursement of funds. These 2 companies just blame each other back and forth. Please help me to get my money refunded plus the free coins I was supposed to receive. Last contact was months ago. Please help both of these companies are liars and cheats. Lies that all it has been cannot get my money. One says 1 thing and waiting on the other one. There has to be something that can be done. They are still cheating people. Liying on their website.
