I gotta say, Leaders Furniture is the real deal when it comes to patio furniture. Christy, the manager, was a total lifesaver in helping us pick out the perfect set for our outdoor space. And let me tell you, the delivery guys were top-notch. They not only dropped off the furniture, but they also set it all up for us and even showed us how to extend the table. Talk about going above and beyond!

Now that we've had the furniture for a little while, I can confidently say that we made the right choice. It's held up really well, even with all the rain we've been getting lately. And the best part? We got it all for a really reasonable price. I mean, who doesn't love a good deal?

We went to Leader's Casual Furniture and bought a regular table, a high top table, eight chairs, and two small tables. We spent a lot of money and they treated us pretty good. But then, after six years, we had some problems with the furniture. The table tops got discolored and the paint started chipping off. We went back to Leader's and they didn't want to help us out. We were really disappointed. We thought they were going to take care of us, but they didn't. So, if you're thinking about going to Leader's, you might want to think twice. Maybe you should go somewhere else and save yourself some heartache. We tried to talk to Tropitone too, but they didn't want to do anything either. So, just be careful and make sure you know what you're getting into before you spend your money.

I been lookin' for a new couch for months now, and I been to all the big stores and some of the small ones too. But I gotta say, when I went to Leader's Casual Furniture in Vero Beach, Florida, I found what I was lookin' for. My salesperson, Sherry, was real nice and knew her stuff. She didn't follow me around like a hawk, but she was there when I needed her. She answered all my questions and gave me some space to look around.

When I finally made my decision and bought my couch, everything went smooth as butter. The delivery was only three days and the guys who brought it were real careful with it. They didn't scratch up my floors or nothin'. I was real happy with my purchase and I would recommend Leader's Casual Furniture to anyone lookin' for some good quality furniture.

I bought four club chairs from Leader's Casual Furniture for $625 each about five years ago. Recently, I noticed that the interior lining of the back cushions is disintegrating within the main fabric. I have taken good care of the chairs, and they have been under a covered porch for the entire time. I am disappointed with the quality of the interior lining, which seems to be made of poor quality material. Considering the high cost of each chair, I expected better quality.

When I contacted customer service, they suggested that I may have sat on the chairs too often, which I found to be an unsatisfactory response. They offered to sell me the interior lining for $100 each, which I think is too expensive for such a poor quality product. I believe that Leader's Casual Furniture should improve the quality of the interior lining for future customers. I also want to warn other potential buyers that they should be aware of this issue before making a purchase.

Overall, I am disappointed with my experience with Leader's Casual Furniture. I hope that they will take my feedback into consideration and improve their products in the future. I would not recommend this company to others based on my experience.

I recently purchased two outdoor wicker chairs from Leader's Casual Furniture for a total of $2000.00. When the chairs were delivered, I noticed that they did not swivel as advertised. I immediately brought this to the attention of the delivery man, who assured me that they just needed to be broken in. However, after several months of use, the chairs still did not swivel properly.

I contacted Leader's Casual Furniture and was directed to an off-site firm who were supposed to fix the chairs in my home. Unfortunately, they were unable to fix the chairs and had to take them back to the warehouse for repairs. It took six months from the time of purchase to finally receive the swivel chairs that I had paid for.

Throughout this entire process, I received no apology from Leader's Casual Furniture and no phone call from the original store. I was disappointed with the lack of customer service and felt that the situation could have been handled better.

Despite the issues with my purchase, I do appreciate the quality of the chairs now that they have been fixed. However, I would caution others to thoroughly inspect their purchases before leaving the store and to be prepared for potential issues with customer service.

Me and my old lady were on the hunt for some wicker furniture for our Lanai. We were getting pretty frustrated with the high prices and low quality of the stuff we were finding. But then, we stumbled upon Leader's Casual Furniture and boy were we glad we did! We hit up the store in Spring Hill, Florida and that's where we met Evelyn-Morales-Elton. Let me tell you, this lady knows her stuff! She was super friendly and helped my wife pick out some sweet fabric for the cushions.

The furniture itself is top-notch. You can tell they don't skimp on quality. We can't wait to get our order and we're already planning on going back to see Evelyn when we're ready to add some accent pieces or more furniture. I even told some of my work buddies about Leader's and they're stoked to check it out.

Overall, we'd give Leader's a solid 10 out of 10. If you're in the market for some quality wicker furniture, you gotta check these guys out.

This store is not the best if you're looking for a quick purchase. We bought some loungers, a table, towel drying stand, and cushions from them. The sales lady told us that if we put half down by Friday, our order would go in that week. They said it would take 60-90 days for our order to arrive. They also said that they would call us every week to update us on the status of our order. However, that was not the case. We had to call them every time to check on our order. They kept telling us that we had to wait another 60-90 days. It was frustrating because they took our money, but they didn't even know if they had the inventory to fulfill our order. We left numerous messages, but they never called us back. Their customer service was non-existent.

We talked to the Manager, and she promised us free shipping. However, they kept pushing our order out. We ordered in January, and they kept saying that the fabric was back-ordered. We finally canceled our order because they said it would be December before we received it. We were willing to spend $6000.00 on our purchase, but after all the inconvenience, we asked them what they could do for us. The Manager called corporate to see what they could do, but all they offered was free shipping. This was not helpful because we had already been given free shipping as a previous accommodation. We canceled our order.

This company is very unprofessional and doesn't care about their customers' inconvenience. It was a terrible experience, and we will never purchase anything from them again. We will also tell everyone we know about this experience and ask them to tell everyone they know. Their customer service is absolutely unacceptable. We didn't want to give them any stars on this review, but we had to pick one before this review would send. They deserve 0 stars.
