I was made to feel like a bad guy in this proceeding but in actuality I was the one that requested to go to court. So that I could be treated fairly which I did not receive. It's Pretty sad that you have to make somebody evict you for them to do the right thing by giving you what you were owe. So that is the reason why I ended up in eviction Court.

Either I'm the owner or  the tenant.

They said because I applied for ewarp that I received benefits I was not untile to, which in my eyes made the judge feel some certain way about from that moment on..

There was funding for both owners that fell behind on there payments... The only thing I did was applied it was up to them to take it, if was not entitled to they were the ones to not accept it.. they should've said that I didn't qualify for that program but the other.. and if because of ewarp that I received as a tenant made me a tenant in the lease now as they stated to the judge.. then I'm entitled to all my options money paid.. they can do part of the lease and not all of it. So by them doing so by there own lease I'm entitled to all my options money paid... only fare.. the judge made an order that day where he said dkc would receive so much and the rest would go to me.. kdc holdings tried to get more of my cash for that month rent the judge said it's absolutely not, this is what you're going to get and this is what she's going to get.  Well they didn't do that.. they started coming up with all kinds of charges and deducting it from the order that that they were ordered to do I don't believe that's illegal wasn't a judge makes an order it's an order that's what I thought. They didn't even leave me with enough to get another apartment if I wanted to they nickel and dimed to give me $1,600 out of $8,000 that I was owed not counting the option money that should have came to me but because you when you go to for an Edward village Court to be evicted there's no adjournments which I didn't know so I'm there with no legal knowledge whatsoever which is not fair... And that being said at that time there was a pandemic of people owing rent and I wanted to do the right thing by this person and cut our losses and let not owe him anything and just move on but no that couldn't happen I have to feel like the criminal like I was taking advantage of them and not paying them when in actuality I was trying to do the right thing by them. Which end up making me feel like a bad person for trying to do the right thing how is that... All I can pray for now that it's in the in the right hands where it needs to be and I will finally have my day in Court which shouldn't really be a day in court or just be treated like a person and fairly. By trying to do the right thing and follow the rules. I put 25000 thousand dollars down on this place..250 a month was option money to go towards my down payment. I did this for 4 years.. I'm entitled to that back since they made me a tenant in court.. Mr George Canale excused himself from making his client pay what was ordered in court.. SMH.. he truly misrepresented himself and took advantage of me I had just loss both of my parents 2 months apart in the same year..
