Thieves Were Brought in by The Lodge at Frisco Bridges to Rob their Very Own Tenants! The Southwest Auto Tow Thieves Stole 7 Vehicles in One Day at The Lodge at Frisco Bridges! Beware of Laramar Properties – they are a Predator Apartment Company that Preys on their Own Clients!
On September 8, 2010 7 vehicles were stolen from The Lodge at Frisco Bridges apartment homes in Frisco. This burglary was set up and orchestrated by The Lodge at Frisco Bridges, a Laramar property. Under the pretense of cleaning up their property, The Lodge invited notorious car thugs and thieves to come and ravish their own client base. This is unthinkable!
Laramar properties, who owns The Lodge at Frisco Bridges, was so in cahoots with inviting these junkyard buffoons to steal from their own clients, that they opened the floodgate – the security gates at The Lodge at Frisco Bridges were intentionally opened for a 24 hour period in order to allow the Southwest Auto Tow thieves to come and rob the residents at The Lodge at Frisco Bridges.

On Wednesday September 8, 2010, The Lodge at Frisco Bridges made a huge statement to its own tenants. The Lodge made it clear that you are NOT safe on their premises and neither is your property.
Was your vehicle one of those seven? Mine was and I am furious!
The security gates have never been deliberately opened at The Lodge. But they were intentionally opened wide, every one of them, by The Lodge all day and all night long on Wednesday September 8, 2010! And why were they purposely opened and left open? The security floodgates were opened and made to stay open in order to allow the immoral, corrupt car thieves of Southwest Auto Tow to come in and steal 7 vehicles from the tenants at The Lodge at Frisco Bridges in Frisco, Texas!
Do a google search on these vile animals that The Lodge brought in to ravish you, their own tenant. Punch in “southwest auto tow” into google and you will find not one positive remark of the dozens upon dozens of complaints leveled against Southwest Auto Tow, the vultures brought in by the Lodge to perpetrate thievery upon us their own customers!
Is there yet another lawsuit here? While we know The Lodge acted completely immorally in this matter, the question should also be asked as to whether or not The Lodge at Frisco Bridges acted illegally by making vulnerable its own tenants by not securing the premises?
The Lodge says they had vehicles towed because of overcrowded parking but that is a lame excuse. It doesn’t matter why they did it – what matters is that they did it – the unthinkable! The Lodge at Frisco Bridges invited the vultures from Southwest Auto Tow to come onto their properties and steal from their own residents the most expensive investment they have – their vehicles. THEN, the robbed residents at The Lodge had to go drive down to Dallas an pay big money to get their own vehicles back!
Southwest Auto Tow charged me $323 after telling me on the phone it would be $150.00!
Go to [redacted].com and file a complaint. ComplaintsBoard and [redacted] are both mega sites and for that reason, the complaints filed will come up at the very top of the major search engines. The Lodge at Frisco Bridges and Laramar Properties / Laramar Group will be important key words to use. Make the research easy on those fellow victims of the Laramar Group and their properties.

NO WARNING WAS GIVEN! There were no warning stickers or notices, no hand outs, no communication to warn all residents to make sure they had their resident sticker visibly showing in the windshield.
The Lodge at Frisco Bridges is a Laramar property. YOU WILL REGRET IT IF YOU EVER MOVE ON TO A LARAMAR PROPERTY.
The fact is that The Lodge at Frisco Bridges is an evil management company period. Laramar properties is foolish and stupid. They have the most disreputable company in all of the Dallas area posted on their front gates - that this corrupt company, Southwest Auto Tow has the right to come tow away their own resident'' vehicles. Talk about shooting yourself in the foot!
The Lodge at Frisco Bridges has licensed Dan and Joann Messina and their pigs at Southwest Auto Tow to steal the vehicles of their own residents. Laramar Properties is to blame. Stay away from and of Laramar's properties which span12-13 states.

I had just paid rent and so had to have others help me out to pay the $323 to get MY car back - the one Laramar and The Lodge at Frisco Bridges asked Southwest Auto Tow to STEAL.
There was no warning given to me or any other resident!
I never had heard of a residence parking sticker. I was never given one when I moved in!
I agree with this. I've heard the same thing from multiple resources over at The Lodges At Frisco Bridges. You all should also check out the new site that's gone up www.thelodgesatfriscobridessucks.com. Looks like another place that will start to post content.
I am also a resident of the Lodge.
We are in the process of organizing residents on this issue, among others.
Both the property management and the property management company have been unresponsive to numerous residents in the past and continue to act irresponsibly with regard to issues like this one.
Residents should not have to worry or live in fear that their vehicle will be towed from the very place in which they reside. It is no different than having a vehicle towed from your own driveway.
Only recently has Texas passed into law very specific guidelines for tow companies, that must be followed, prior to towing vehicles from private property in addition to fees that can be charged. In many cases, these guidelines are not followed by tow companies or property owners, hence the recent legislation.
The good news is, there is recourse available to us as residents.
Both the Lodge and Southwest Towing MUST be held accountable.
