I was mistreated by Mitchell Bartley D.O. in Eldon Mo on August 28th at 845 am. This doctor was rude disrespectful called me names refused to treat me because of my concerns i had with a previous doctor at another facility. He made me leave the office without an explanation as to why I want something done about this. He processed to yell at me call me names said i was a drug user which i have never done. As a heart patient to go to a primary doctor to get treatment for other problems he failed to treat me made me feel terrible makes me never want to see another doctor again

I called Eldon, MO That’s where my doctor Dr. Nagy is on Thursday 29, 2022 of September, and Monday October 3, 2022. I am having problems breathing and I needed a referral to a pulmonary doctor as of Thursday October 6, 2022. I ended up finding one on my own in Jefferson City, MO. This is not the first time I’ve had to wait for call backs, they either DON’T CALL back, or wait until 5:30 - 6:30 pm or the next day. This is not acceptable. When a person needs the doctors help the doctor or their nurse should have to call you back within 1 hour. When I go to an appointment and I hear all the doctors, nurses talking and laughing, they should be on the phone calling the people that need help. I have decided to switch doctors and go to a different group because I am tired of waiting for return phone calls. It is further to drive but at least I’ll get a response and not have to wait for a week. This complaint department makes me think, do they really read these complaints. It would be nice if Lake Regional would think about the people!
