Lakdawala Developer Pvt Ltd review: redevelopment building project which is stalled

I Abdul Taiyeb Cyclewala would like to draw your attention to the redevelopment issues faced by 65 tenants of kagalwala building, 2nd peerkhan street, j. j road, mumbai-400008.
We have vacated the said building in MAY 2008 as per fake promises made by our developers m/s aaraish developers. It has been 9 years we are homeless and helpless, the builder neither provides rent regularly nor does he fulfils the promise of redevelopment.
We have gone to court and had appointed our lawyer, but as you know corruption is everywhere. The builder has gone against the HIGH COURT orders of handing our houses by FEB-15 for which we have filed a contempt notice as well in the court, but these all efforts were ineffective for him, he is least bothered.
Majority of tenants belongs to middle class family and we are abide to pay the high rents from our pockets. We hope that you will end our sufferings. Please help us by taking our issue.
