La Petite Academy Jacksonville, Fla. Baymeadows Branch review: Grandchild being repeatedly bitten by another child

The parents of the child who has been biting my grandson at least 5 times and have been given an incident report each time and yet nothing has been done to keep it from happening again. I was told that the mother of the child has laughed and said that she would save them and let her husband take care of it. We have pictures of the bite marks that have been left on our grandson. There is a lack of responsibility on the part of management to put an end to this happening again. I am at the point of seeking a lawyer to help get a proper resolution.
