La Jolla Luxury Beach Resort review: Their customer service and way of handling accident. They are not customer friendly and they will waste your time.

The booking and reservation to Hotel are so unclear. even if you make a reservation with the, you still have to call them again and again just to confirm with them. As for me, I have to call them when I was on my way there.

The rooms have poor mobile signal and the wifi can only support one device at a time. My family and I cannot use the wifi together as only one device can connect per room.

The beach is dirty and dangerous for children. There are a lot of broken shells that can be stepped on if you are not too careful. No one is cleaning the area there as well.

I also encounter an incident with my car. Someone intentionally or unintentionally damaged my car and decided to just put a small dry branch to cover up the damage on my windshield. The parking area there was not secured and no CCTV as well which is why your car will be prone to accidents and theft if ever. No guards are roaming and guarding their parking area. And the Hotel management is poor.

As for the incident that happened to my car, the Hotel told me that their insurance could cover the damage to my car as they are liable for anything that happens inside their premises. They told me not to worry and just go home already and they will deal with my problems. They told me they have a CCTV at first also and they have a record of what happened while I was still there, they said they could give it to the Police as well. But then I asked for a copy of them, they told me they don't have it and they cannot provide it.

Their management is a bunch of liars and will waste your time.

Customers, be warned. This Hotel is not good and I don't recommend it. I will make sure that many people will find out about their bad customer service and how awful their service is.
