KYGUNCO/ Kentucky Gun review: Been a long time customer

I’ve been buying from KGC for about 15 years. My experience with them had been very good! Then about a year or so OK, I ordered a lever action rifle with wood furniture! The stock had a pretty good sized chip in it! I contacted them with pictures and they said to contact the manufacturer! I said, even if the manufacturer agreed to replace the stock, it wouldn’t match the fore-grip! I said that basically you guys sold me a blem rifle at full price! After arguing with them for several days, they agreed to reduce the price by $25!
Then I recently purchased a small hand gun! The FFL that was to receive it had an emergency and wasn’t able to accept the shipment! FedEx finally returned it and they received it on March 5, 2026! I paid the extra shipping fee on March 6, and it’s March 31, and it still hasn’t shipped! I’ve called multiple times, sometimes on hold for 45 minutes and am told something different almost each time I call! I’m not sure what the issue is but they have gotten pretty bad!
