This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

I am writing to warn others about Krystal Cancun and Eskape Krystal, highlighting a series of profoundly concerning experiences that not only affected us directly but also aligned with a pattern of unethical practices reported by numerous other customers, widely documented across various platforms, including TikTok, YouTube, and other social media channels.

During my honeymoon in 2021, we were persuaded to make a 90-minute presentation that promised to give us free exercise of our choices, such as ATVs and other activities, if they allowed them to showcase the vacation club's benefits. The 90-minute session turned into three 3-hours of being held hostage by a salesperson who wouldn't take no for an answer. Throughout this session, the sales team employed high-pressure tactics, continuously altering their offer by adding perks and reducing the price, effectively creating a highly confusing and pressurized environment with the salesperson insisting on an immediate decision under the pretense of a special offer.

After reluctantly agreeing to the contract terms, we discovered significant discrepancies between the verbal promises made during the sales presentation and the actual terms. The service provided by GTS Global Travel (gtsglobaltravel.com), headed by David, was grossly misrepresented and played a crucial role in the scam. GTS was supposed to sell the weeks I had purchased, allowing me to break even by generating yearly income on payments paid for the timeshare. However, even after spending $500 as requested by David, I never had a week sold, and he disappeared.

Similar to experiences shared by others in 2023, as seen in numerous videos on TikTok and YouTube, there is a systematic pattern of deceit employed by Krystal Cancun and Eskape by Krystal. These accounts include customers being misled about the ease of renting timeshare weeks, receiving additional benefits through Eskape, and being pressured into making on-the-spot decisions without adequate time for consideration.

Moreover, the stark contrast between the attractive options presented during the sales pitch and the services accessible through the membership only added to our disillusionment. The promises of high rental income and substantial travel discounts were never fulfilled, leading to financial burdens exacerbated by hidden costs and unreasonable penalties for attempting to terminate contracts.

This situation, extensively documented on social media platforms, highlights a consistent pattern of misleading practices, false advertising, and a lack of transparency by Krystal Cancun and Eskape by Krystal. The financial and emotional toll on customers coerced into agreements based on deceptive practices warrants a thorough investigation and the implementation of appropriate remedial measures.

Claimed loss: Significant financial burdens were incurred through the timeshare, additional fees for services like the Eskape plan and GTS listings, and penalties for attempting to cancel the contract.

Desired outcome: Full refund and release from contract.
