I bought a battery operated ceramic Christmas Tree on Tuesday, November 26, 2019. I tried to return it today and the customer service rep would not take the return. I did not have a receipt (it got lost in all the Thanksgiving busyness) but offered for them to look it up with either my Kroger Plus number or credit card. He refused. I have shopped at Kroger for over 24 years and am appalled that he would not even issue me a store credit. How can I return this? It does not light up very well and if I could have tried it at the store I would have but I needed to put batteries in it. Please help!

    I’d call the store manager and explain the situation.

    By a new one, return the old one with the receipt and keep the new one if it works.
