We booked our flights from LAX to Melbourne on February 24th and were due to fly on June 23, 2020. However, COVID-19 happened all around the world and our flights got canceled (not by us). Kiss and Fly travel agency has not refunded us the $994 USD that we have paid. We then requested more than 20 times via phone call and in writing that they authorize Virgin Australia to take over our tickets so they can issue us a future fly credit. Kiss and fly agency has ignored this specific request saying that we will get back to me only to get a reply via email saying that I need to contact Virgin Australia directly. Virgin Australia cannot do anything until Kiss and Fly release my tickets to Virgin Australia as confirmed when I spoke to a representative at VA. Kiss and Fly and I have been going back and forth now for almost 2 years with no resolution.
Desired outcome: I would like Kiss and Fly to release my tickets to Virgin Australia immediately and to authorize Virgin Australia to take over my tickets.
