I have called (1-800-846-1600) and explained overcharge and been given the runaround by each person except was told by one if I had to call back, give them #30078 where they will find a detail note about problem. I have bought from this co before with no problems, but after placing order I was harassed to accept their credit card. Today, I was told by one person that to get a credit I would have to have one of their credit cards meaning spend the credit there. I don't want their card. I am 83, diabetic and do not need this hassle. Can you help?
