Our refrigerator stopped working a few days ago. Since then we have been trying to contact King & State Warranty thru the call centre number [protected]. Our calls keep getting picked up and hung up. We have been on queue for hours and lost most of our food. We also submitted a claim on their website and are still waiting to hear from them. This is what I call a "Lemon Warranty"
Desired outcome: We are in need to connect with this company to arrange for repair service on our LG refrigerator which is covered by warranty.
