King of the Road moved my old Ford pickup from across the state. The cost was comparable to the other two companies I contacted for quotes. The customer support was excellent. The truck drivers were efficient and capable. The drivers were a bit over the estimated ETA but not an issue. I was thankful for the good service and would call them first to move another car.

I'm extremely impressed with King of the Road Transport. They were able to secure a spot with a carrier to ship my truck from Florida to Vermont on the very next day. The driver was very friendly & professional and delivered my vehicle 2 days earlier than expected. I will definitely call Mary to schedule my next vehicle move. Could not be happier with the staff at King of the Road. I was a little tired of all the calls, but sure glad I heard them out. They did exactly what they said they were going to do, and did it well. The driver they contracted was great as well. My vehicle was pick up on time, delivered on time, and for the price they gave me. No games, just a great service. Thank you! Highly recommend them!

Great and fast service. Excellent communication. You can tell they care about their business and customers. In a time when California is locked down almost completely, they worked extra hard to get the driver to relocate my car to Nebraska. Arrived even faster than promised. I used this company 3 times now, and will in the future for sure. Andrew, Claire, and others deserve all the praise. Very happy.

I worked with Alex Torrez to ship a vehicle from the port in Baltimore to my home in Massachusetts. I didn't know exactly when the ship would arrive at the port, and there were considerations as far as customs, etc. Despite this, Alex was able to take care of all the arrangements and get the vehicle delivered with no issues whatsoever. She was always quick to respond to my questions. I would use them again without hesitation.

My car shipment experience was a professional and smooth transition with ultimate customer service from beginning to end of the delivery process.

Claire helped my son arrange transport of his car from Georgia to Montana. Everything went very smoothly. She answered every question we had and the transport company she found was communicative as well. The car arrived much faster than expected. This was my first time shipping my car. Claire is amazing! I started my quote in February . We were supposed to move to Hawaii March 30 but then Covid happened.Claire was very patient, kind & accommodating. When I was ready to move in October she was helpful and reassuring. She always responds promptly to all my questions. The driver that picked up my vehicle was professional & on time. Throughout this shipping process she and her team kept me informed. My jeep arrived on time & in perfect shape on the Island. Great customer service, very knowledgeable, also the best rates!

I was very pleased with the entire process of having my vehicle recently transported from CT to CA. The cost for the transport was very fair as well. Whenever I had any questions for King of Road, they were always good about getting back to me with the detailed answers. The trucking company which transported my vehicle to CA was timely and efficient. I did need to meet the truck driver a few miles from my house with my vehicle to simplify the pick-up, but that was not unexpected and was perfectly fine. I would most definitely utilize King of the Road Transport again for any future car transport needs.

I used King of The Road to move from MD to CA. I think the cost was very reasonable. Within 24hrs of receiving a quote, I got a call to discuss the details and pickup time. I was sent an email a few days later once a driver was confirmed and also a call. The transport company, Unified Auto, picked up my car on the desired pickup time after calling to confirm. I then received a call the day before delivery 8 days later (earlier than expected). The car was delivered with no issues whatsoever. Everyone I spoke with had great customer service skills and answered all my questions. I will gladly us KOTR in the future.

I can honestly say with certainty, that King of The Road Transport is THE best there is. Had them transport my truck from Phill to CA one time and then shipped 2 vehicle coast to coast from PA to CA, from CA to [insert location] in opposite direction at the same time. Not only that the delivery time was outstanding but the drivers were the coolest and friendly. OTR is tough but when they respond when you txt, that is customer service at its finest. KOTR have spoiled me and and last but not least, a heart felt thank you and special shout out to [insert name] for being the puppet master for my recent swap deliveries. Alex [insert last name] are amazing!

A friend had just used KOTR and had a great experience, therefore, I decided to use them. It was very smooth talking to Claire and Andrew who helped me throughout the process. Claire explained the terms and was upfront about how there were no hidden fees, and lo and behold... there were not any hidden fees. They worked around my schedule to find a good window to have the car picked up. The driver that was assigned to me was very flexible and was able to pick up my car and drop it off without any issues. Besides expected dirt from an open carrier, no new dents or scratches were found. Also, having shopped around with different companies, I thought the price very fair. Thanks again. Will definitely be recommending to friends.

We highly recommend King of the Road. Long LONG story short...I spent 6 full days getting quotes for our 18ft step van transport from NC to FL. I heard more lies and total misrepresentations than I care to remember. But I got a call from MARY from King of the Road and everything changed. I explained to her that because I had scheduled my transport with another carrier and they failed miserably...I was in dire straits because I only had a few days left to move the vehicle. Mary explained very passionately the process and what resources she had available. Mary said to me "if you want this done then I am your girl." We hung up the phone and she went to work for me. We communicated back and forth via text message for a day. Mary sent me a text the next afternoon alerting me that she had found me a carrier with the correct transport vehicle, trailer and appropriately sized ramps. I literally felt my blood pressure go down and my anxiety level was at zero. I will tell you that Mary is definitely top shelf in the transport industry. She is beyond knowledgeable and extremely professional. Mary went on to call the carrier and make the appt with the pickup contact. My company will always do our future vehicle transports with King of the Hill exclusively going forward. We recommend King of the Road and specifically Mary for any vehicle transport you need. If you contact her first, you will not have to deal with all the jokers that will lowball you then cancel on you in order to increase your rate. Mary is a straight-shooter and will be honest about your transport details, pricing, and what can and cannot be done. I am 100 percent sure you will write very similar review to mine. You may as well experience the best first. Mary, if you read this review, I truly appreciate you and your total call to duty. You made me feel like you were working for me and not just making money. That is rare and we are grateful. We are your loyal customers for as long as we both are in business.
