King Better Commercial Kitchen Equipments Co Ltd Shangdong China review: Kitchen equipments

Dear Sir,
We are seeking your kind assistance to recover funds amounting to USD 21, 450/- which we made to a Chinese Company by the Name of King Better Commercial Kitchen Equipment Co Ltd in Shandong China for shipment of some Kitchen Equipment, but sad to say that they have not shipped this goods, this payment was done in 2016 and we have been requesting for the return of this payment but we are sad to state that there are not responding. and giving us lots of excuses.

We as a last resort seek your intervention to help us out in any way possible to recover this amount, this has let a very bad reputation of Chinese Companies because of this reason, China has been a longstanding trading partner to our business Community in Sri Lanka, but when incidence of these happen it leave a bitter feeling.
