I have been having problems with windstream for the last 4 months. I just reviewed y bill and it has doubled the previously amount since last week. I had a returned check for a $167.00 for a bill for $72.00. Even with the returned check fee it wouldn't jump to over $300. How can I resolve this issue. I am sick and disable and they have turned my service off. I need my phone and internet for my doctor and other important issues. I don't understand how my bill can go back and forward like that.
