Kimwigs.com review: Wig purchase and return of product

I purchased a wig to wear during and after my canacer treatments. The wig I received is not the same wig advertised on the website. Their 'return' form does NOT WORK since it's designed to NOT accept your 'reason for return' statement, hence it CAN NOT BE SUBMITTED for a refund. Total Scam! Theer is NO other way to contact them!

I purchased the wig online @ Kimwigs.com on 9/08/2023. It was order # [protected]. The color # is N-22 gray/blonde with 'bangs'. The product is not anything like the wig advertised. It is impossible to contact them for a refund, even though they provide a 'return form'. This 'form' is obviously designed so that your reason for returning can not be written in the specific space on the form. No other means of communication is possible!
