Kimble Garbage review: To not owe them any money

I had kimble garbage pick-up in Navarre Ohio and when I moved I notified them I was moving and I needed them to dispose of a old wheelchair, that I paid extra for, as well as get my last load of garbage and get their garbage can. On the day of pick-up kimble's did not show up. I called them and asked why they didn't pick-up my garbage and get their garbage can they said it had to do with covid, so I told them I would be moved by the next scheduled pick-up. They said that was fine. After I moved they send me a letter saying I owed them for a missing garbage can. I called them and told them I left the garbage can right where they said to leave it. I even went to Navarre to check and make sure that they had taken the wheelchair, garbage and garbage can. They said that they had gotten the wheelchair and emptied the garbage can, but left the can and then went back to get the can and it was gone. I told them I wasn't responsible for a garbage can they failed to pick-up. They said I owed them 100 dollars for the can. Now they have sent the bill to a collection company and they say I owe more than 100 dollars now. I did all I could to get my garbage picked up and them back their garbage can and dont think I owe them any money.
