Kilgore Chicken Express review: Tea

I buy tea regularly there - buy 2 gals at a time maybe 2 to 3 times a week - bought only Unsweet that day - took home put in refrigerator- next morning I opened it and floating on top was something I’ve never seen before - looked a lot like wet dust or thick film floating around - I then looked it all over and there was something in the handle that shouldn’t be there - I took it back to the store where I bought it because I was in Longview ad called they said no they couldn’t exchange it - different owners - I said okay when I can I’ll take it back to Kilgore -( live in Kilgore ) had errands to run - this is a $5 gal of tea- I finally made it back to Kilgore wasn’t as cold as it was when I put in car was out about 4 hours in this heat - but I told them gal Unsweet tea when I got to window I told the lady it had mold a film or something not supposed to be in it - I’m 71 years old made lots of tea left In fridge for days forgetting it - had seen similar stuff in it - so she asked for receipt I said mam I doubt I have it - I mean it’s a gal of tea - she just held it - hesitated a moment - then came back with a new tea - she stated that it was the tea - ? It was mold or anything like that it just sat in refrigerator too long - the number on top was 4 - the day was Aug 1 that I bought it returned the next day - flabbergasted-
