Hi, my name is Nicolette, and this is the fourth or fifth time I am lodging a complaint on this platform regarding Standard Bank Trust based in Rosebank. The bank decided to resign following multiple disputes and unresolved complaints directed to both the bank and the Master's Office.

Hello Peter team, if you are truly authentic, you should allow us to upload documents on this platform. I have proof but lack the funds to take this matter to court.

The trust office management at No. 33 Baker Street, Rosebank, is corrupt because complaints are not being addressed.

Brenda Maphutha, you and Dieketseng Shabangu stopped our monthly income on June 20, 2025, despite my requests to take this matter to court since April 2024, which you refused. Now that another bank has authority over Ruth Medhanit Molapo's trust, you are delaying the process of transferring the capital to the other bank.

Funeral covers have lapsed because of your actions. You have caused us severe stress and forced us to abandon our property due to your selfishness.

Dieketseng Shabangu, even after threatening me by saying, "Do you think Standard Bank, as big as it is, will allow you to do as you please?" I know you remember those words came from your mouth.

I have tolerated Standard Bank trampling over me and my daughter for far too long, but no more.

Brenda Maphutha, it was easy for you to draft a letter to stop payments on our side in my presence back in June, and you resigned earlier in September. It should now be just as easy to transfer the funds to the other bank.

Transfer the funds, as the beneficiary needs to be removed.

I have done my part to protect some of the trust funds, such as property that was being purchased, which was declined 7-8 times by Charmaine Msibi.

You will never take care of Ruth; you are not even related to her and only care about your own affairs.
