Key Buick Auto Company review: Paid for a service, car wasn't fixed now they're asking me to pay something that was supposed to fixed the first time!

Hi My Name is Ms Lawson, After Speaking with Mrs Mannion on her direct line (she's one of their Service Advisors) on Sept 9,2023 concerning my 2012 buick lacrosse running hot, She Advice having it towed to them at Key Auto Company 4660 Southside blvd she said there could be a number of things causing my car to over heat the thermostat, the fuel pump, the water pump elbow, she said I will have one of my technicians do a diagnostic test! I received a call on Sept 11,2023 that the technician ran a diagnostic test and found that not just the thermostat but the thermostat housing needs to be replaced also the high pressure fuel pump gasket and we need to refill the coolant system because it was completely empty! I was quoted a price for the labor to install All new parts with taxes and fees is $1,439.00! The parts I was told would be in Sept 13, 2023! I received a call on sept 14,2023 that my car was fixed and ready for pickup!

On Sept 16, 2023 while driving my car started to over heat again I called left Mrs Mannion a message had it towed back to Buick that day! After having my car for two days it starts to run hot again. why? She returned My call on sept 18,2023 saying the water pump elbow needs to be replaced and the parts and labor would be $1,451.00, when I just paid $1,439.00, on sept 14, 2023 and just to be clear It's not about the money, but the integrity of the business! something not adding up here! Now I was told on sept 11,2023 that the technician did a diagnostic test before doing this work on my car the first time! Seems to me that's something they should have noticed then! I paid for a Service and my car needs to fixed without trying to over charge me, I know that's what happening here! I need this matter taken care of asap!
